If you haven't made a journey to the new Watters Creek retail/commercial/residential development in Allen, you must do so. This new development at 75 (Central Expressway) and Bethany is outstanding and probably one of the nicest class A developments in the Collin County area. I would say that it rivals, if not surpasses The Shops at Legacy. We dined at Brio, an Italian restaurant, which was excellent. Other restaurants include The Cheesecake Factory, Mi Cocina, PF Changs as well as others to open soon. The development surrounds a creek with beautiful landscaping, bridges, sculptors, and probably the largest outdoor fireplace I have ever seen. You can learn more at the developers website.
