I visited Adriatica today, and not a lot has changed. The Promise sculpture is being worked on, and is starting to resemble a dove. The Keller Williams building is in the process of having the tile shingles installed and the retail one building appears to be in the process of interior finish out for Starbucks and Zin Zen.
