Appraisal District Update

On the 1st I received my appraisal notice from Collin County CAD. I sent in my protest with my support documentation and received a voicemail this evening from an appraiser who stated that an adjustment had been made. I will return his call Friday to see what he is offering. My appraised value had increased $22,000 from last year, or about a $600 increase in property taxes. I will post my results. I received an adjustment letter today, with a $10,000 reduction in value. I will protest further, my target value is about $15,000 less then the number the appraiser has offered.
