What previously has been referred to as the first villa being built in Adriatica

is now being called the "Presidential Suite". This raises the question as whether it is a home that will be rented out to guests, or whether it may be Mr. Blackard's personal residence. Unless things have changed, the ownership of this building was shown as Mr. Don Day, a McKinney city council member. Bye the way, I will take two of them at the $120,000 value that the Collin CAD has the property assessed at for 2007! See map.
