Major storm strikes McKinney

This evening there were signs of damage. On Stonebridge Ranch Drive there were several large pear trees split and in the street. The framing for the new 7-11 at Stonebridge and Eldorado was mostly blown down. We were in the Super Target at 121 and Custer when the storm hit and the electricity went out. The doors to the Super Target were stuck open due to the electrical outage and a sign in the store fell down and nearly hit my wife and child. The staff sent all of the customers to the back of the store and we were ordered to stay there for about 30 minutes until the winds calmed down. I am sure more damage will be found in the morning.
