The ground preparation for the retail building number two has started again. This morning there were tractors moving dirt. Dr. Buchanan’s office looks as though it will be occupied within the next 30-45 days. There was a car in the Starbucks lot that had a banner on it announcing that the Adriatica Day Spa was now open. The banner on the car clearly points out that although the stores in the retail building have great exposure to Virginia Parkway, the lack of visible signage is a drawback to the tenants. Starbuck’s sign is very visible, but the remaining tenants signs, if they even have any are not. Has anyone been to the new spa yet? If so, please feel free to comment below.
