If you in the McKinney area and are looking for great BBQ, there is a guy that sets up every weekend at the Home Depot at Virginia and Custer. I have only been there twice and don't know of any set hours, but he sets up his mobile smoker and has ribs, brisket, hot links, and chicken. The prices are comparable to a BBQ restaurant, but something about that meat coming right of the smoker and on your plate is extra delicious! If you run into him, give it a try.
