A source has told me that they have spotted a sign in the retail space next to Nan Lee Jewelry indicating that "Guitar Sanctuary" will be coming soon.

I'm more interested in seeing the developer actually FINISH this development. I tired of staring at the vacant lot and that ugly concrete garage for the last two years.
Yes it is the Guitar Sanctuary. Great pieces there from Paul Reed Smith, Mesa Boogie and Collings. He opens around the first part of July. It's a winner.
