If you haven't received a Notice of Assessed Value from the Collin Central Appraisal District; you most likely will soon. The 2010 values are now searchable on the Collin CAD website. I was happy to see that the value on my home remained unchanged this year; but in all likelihood, it should have decreased and most likely I will be protesting my value.
