New tenants moving into the BOL Building at Adriatica, McKinney!

If you havent walked around Adriatica lately, you may have missed the construction on the second floor of the BOL building. The area above the retail space has been finished out as "executive suites" and the spaces are nearing completion. As of last night the sheet rock has been painted, interior doors are in place to be installed and it looks as though trim work is to begin soon. From what I understand, several spaces have been leased.
