Back from a tour of the space available in the bell tower; what views! Looking for possible space for an acquaintance of mine, but way too small. If you need a small workspace you wont find anything like it in McKinney, or the US possibly. I was told that Blackard will most likely occupy the top floor of the tower ( the best floor and view) and possibly have a sales office for Adriatica on the bottom floor. It is also that the top floor could be a museum with McKinney related displays and a heck of a view. There are ramblings that a butcher shop may be moving into Adriatica.
