Developer Jeff Blackard hosted a packed crowd at Samson’s at Adriatica in McKinney Dec. 15 to celebrate his birthday. Adriatica, of course, is Blackard’s 45-acre development within Stonebridge Ranch that’s modeled after the Croatian village of Supetar. Music at the bash was provided by the popular Maylee Thomas Band and up-and-coming Christian singer Edward John , who hails from Norway. Blackard himself took the stage and played keyboards and harmonica on a couple of numbers.
