Rental rates in Adriatica, McKinney

It looks as the rental rates in Adriatica may possibly be on the decline. Dr Buchannon is offering a 1,200 sf portion of her building for $25 PSF, and it has been vacant for over one year. If I recall correctly the rental price had been higher in the past. The retail space is still listed for $30 PSF for the BOL building, but there still remains vacancy in the building. Rumor has it that the second floor of the BOL Building will be partially occupied by another spa; currently the Adriatica Day Spa is located in the Starbucks building. I am under the imopression that the retail tenants are having a hard time due to the lack of foot traffic in the development.
