Police said they are unable to identify a jogger who collapsed and died in McKinney over the weekend because he was not carrying identification. McKinney police said the man was jogging near El Dorado Parkway and Voltaire Boulevard on Saturday when he had a heart attack and collapsed. He died Sunday at Medical Center McKinney.
