The first phase of the "flats" in the Harbor have been put available for sale, and from what I have heard, are almost all spoken for! This includes the building the will "wrap" the parking garage that is currently under construction. Word is that the flats are priced at approximately $200 per square foot and will have the same finish out as the villas that are currently built. The anticipated move in date for the flats is 18-24 months away. Who is buying the flats? For the most part, those that have kept close contact with the developer awaiting their release. It will be intersting to see what becomes of these flats, and the true timeframe of completion. I belive that there are alot of speculative buyers that plan to flip their flats.
