A couple hundred North Texans got a first look at the European-style Villas at Adriatica in McKinney at a Nov. 30 party hosted by developer Jeffory Blackard. Nestled within Stonebridge Ranch, the 45-acre Adriatica is shaping up to be a stunning replica of Supetar, a small coastal town in Croatia. On hand for the celebration was winemaker John Wales, whose Reserve Mucat du Bois was a big hit, and George Fuller, whose custom-home company built the Villas. Fuller also is guitarist for The Maylee Thomas Band, a popular local group that rocked the house. Daily tours of the Villas are ongoing through Dec. 23. Full article....
