The Galleon Dubrovnik will be up for discussion at this weeks P&Z meeting. Last week it was tabled pending a maintenance agreement that the Blackard Group wants to provide at the hearing. It is very possible that the issue will be tabled again if the contract is not solidified. This is a very big issue with a lot of the homeowners in Stonebridge and especially those that have waterfront homes that view Adriatica. I believe the building that is up for discussion is that of Ken Paxton’s office that will be housed in Adriatica.
