Per the Blackard group website:
September 6, 2006 - The City Council will allow the Galleon through the issuance of a Specific Use Permit (SUP). The SUP has been applied for and should be approved by the City Council at an upcoming meeting
It looks like there will continue to be a struggle between Mr. Blackard and the residents of Stonebridge Ranch that oppose the ship to be built and moored on the lake. My opinion? Build it!!!
