The carvings below are near the entrance to Zin Zen. Notice the attention to detail. I believe these carvings were created by Matthew Johnson, who is carving the "Promise" sculpture. Notice the lights hanging over one of the patio areas at Zin Zen. The picture of the sign indicates that The Blackard Group has moved it's headquarters to Adriatica (The address at the bottom of the sign). I am unable to determine what is being built at 509 Seaside Lane.
