Restaurant Revealed!

While visiting the site this evening there was a permit for the serving of alcohol in a window of the space at the opposite side of the Starbucks. The restaurant is......Zin Zen-A Wine Bistro, 6841 Virginia Pkwy #104, 75071, Lue & Lo Inc, Allen, 722410Z , apparently a play on the Zinfandel wines. The foundation for the bell tower is in the process of being poured. Two big slabs of stone have been placed at the entry, possibly the urns will go on top? Take a closer look at the detail on the outdoor fireplace in the courtyard of Starbucks.
