There currently 6 waterfront lots remaining for purchase and the purchase price ranges between $115,000 and $165,000. The villas that will be constructed on these lots will cost between $200-$250 per square foot, and I am assuming between 2500-3500 square feet. The town home lots range between $40,0000-$120,000. As noted in prior postings, the builder was to be Innovative Custom Homes, but now is being handled by Peter Venter, in charge of the in house Blackard residential development for Adriatica.
