What is going on in the Vineyard?

All the sudden this little mushroom looking structure has popped up on the hill where the grapes will be grown for the Adriatica Vineyards. Possibly it will house irrigation controls, or maybe just for looks. Another structure has been built as well. Notice the stone walls they have built around the hill. The roofing of the retail building has begun, and the red tiles look great.

That structure is very common not just in Croatian coastal region, but all over the Mediterranean. It is based on the simpliest and the most clever architectural method without using any mortar or cement. For hundreds of years these shelters were used by field workers and shepards as their temporary protection from the sun, rain and to store their tools and food.
The other structure is a well.
