Site Visit
The stonework has started on the retail building one that will house Starbucks and two other tenants. The detail of the work is incredible. These stones are typically no larger then a baseball. The walkway around the lake has been sodded and beautiful pine trees have been planted along the way. There are several benchs that have been placed on the walkway to rest and enjoy the view. Note the "boat slip" that has been placed on the walkway. I really do not know what this will be used for, but it does intersect the walkway therefore hindering you from being able to walk completely around the perimeter of the lake (unless you stratle the retaining wall)

Isn't the "boat slip" going to house Galleon Dubrovnik?

No. This slip is very small, probably 15 feet long and 10 feet wide and is located along the the walking path. The Galleon Dubrovnik will be located in the Harbour, and from what I gather the size of a real ship, although scalled down I assume.
You can see where the ship will be located at this link. You need to scroll down to see the harbour.

Maybe it's a "mock slip."
maybe they will have a small bridge over it.
Vet possible. That would make sense.
