Harbor pictures

I was able to drive by this morning and snap a few shots of the Harbor. As you can see, it has been flooded, whether intentionally, or from all of the rain we have had lately. I know that the harbor must be empty to build the ship that will eventually be placed there, and then flooded once the ship is complete. Possibly it was flooded to test the integrity of the harbor.
