This is the tract of land that sits at the NE corner of Stonebridge and Virginia that Compass has purchased and will develop a new bank. The CAD currently is assessing the land at $566,000 an acre. The adjoining tract is owned by Panda Express who plans on building one of their fast food restaurants on the lot. It also is appraised at nearly $560,000 an acre. They currently have a location in Frisco.
