I found this listing for some land located just outside Stonebridge, which is zoned commercial, and is currently listed for $280,000 an acre. The land values surrounding Stonebridge seem to be be on the rise Here is the listing.I really am curious how much the Blackard Group paid for the Adriatica tract.
