Saturday Visit

I spent nearly an hour walking around the development. The walking path bordering the water is nearly complete. It sits 10-15 feet below grade of the homes that will border the water. I believe there will be 10-13 of these homes, and the remaining residential will be townhomes. The digging of the harbor is complete and they are starting to place stonework on the side of the walls. I believe the new Starbucks will be at the East side of the phase 1 retail building. The hand carvings on the trash surrounds will be visible to those in the Starbucks drive-thru lane.
