There appears to be a new breath of air at Adriatica. I have learned that the former space occupied by True Rumors and PBJ Clothiers is currentlly being retrofitted for an attorneys office. I am sure that we all would have liked another restaurant, but it is good to see they space occupied. Below are a few pics of a new waterfront home being built by George Fuller and it looks incredible; I really like the second floor pergola that will offer a great view of Stonebridge Lake. Other pics include new signage going up across the development as well as two townhomes that remain for sale.

I received a Facebook message today stating that Nan Lee Jewelry is moving out of Adriatica. Nan states that she will be moving her shop into historic downtown McKinney. Look for a sale at Nan Lee soon. We will miss Nan!

It's been a long time

Well, not much has been going on in Adriatica for quite a while. I hope to update more often. The only thing I have noticed is that it appears that two new homes are being built in the Harbor District. Cavalli's Pizza is a huge success, and continues to draw crowds. I could live on the focaccia bread alone!

Stonebridge Ranch Waterfront Home

I ran across the home which is just across the  road from Adriatica. I cannot confirm whether or not this may be a foreclosure or distressed sale, but it looks like a great find for the price; and has a million dollar view. You can view the home here.

Con Queso Mexican Restaurant

If you live in McKinney, in particular, Stonebridge Ranch, you may be familiar with Con Queso restaurant near Highway 380 and Lake Forest. Groupon, an online coupon site has a great deal today; $20 of food for $10 at Con Queso. MINI Cooper Countryman

If you happen to be a MINI Cooper fan, then you may want to head to the former Hummer dealer in Plano, which has a 2011 MINI Countryman on display. This is one of a few that are on display at local dealerships in Texas, and it will be gone this evening. This is the location of the forthcoming MINI dealer, which is next to the Costco off of The Dallas North Tollway.
